Upcoming Bondage Thoughts into 2015

Hmm, that's a bit of an awkward title.  But I hope you get my drift.  These are some thoughts we've been mulling over for upcoming bondage wrestling action:

1. Crazy Azy vs Hanz  (update 1/14/15: Released!)

First off, a match that is just screaming to happen: Crazy Azy vs Hanz.

Both Azy and Hanz were together at the same bondage wrestling shoot in October.  They both wrestled Mahea, one after the other (and both won).  And then, both Azy and Hanz were together at the same bondage wrestling shoot in November.  They both wrestled VeVe, one after the other (and both lost).

But for some strange reason or oversight, we just haven't had them bondage wrestle each other.  A fan wrote in this week, in response to a match-making question I'd asked, and he suggested we make this match-up.  And, yes, of course, how could we not?

I immediately contacted Azy and Hanz to get their opinion on the matter, and they both promptly responded with an affirmative!

2. More VeVe vs Rachel DD

We had a great response to the original bondage wrestling match of VeVe vs Rachel DD and, in fact, fans are very eager to see a rematch.  This is totally do-able.  And I'd actually like to add some other vital elements to the mix.

Continuing on the "early gagging" theme and also in an attempt to get an "early gag" worked into a competitive match, I'd like to pursue the superheroine costume idea for this second match.  Rachel in Black Canary attire, ambushed by Evil VeVe and gagged immediately - thus robbing her of her sonic scream super power - and forced into a bondage battle.

I really hope to make that one happen as soon as we can.

3. Zentai vs Non-zentai

In response to our zentai wrestling and recent zentai bondage wrestling, a fan had suggested a match featuring a zentai-suited person against a non-zentai person.  I like this idea, and I think it can totally work in a rope-tie battle.

There's this neat alien aspect of being assailed by a faceless, featureless, mono-textured opponent.  While Zentai vs Zentai puts both participants on equal ground for alien-ness, a "regular" person fighting against a Zentai could be more unnerving.

There's a lot of possibility here, actually, and it's certainly on the To-Do list.

4. The Next Multi-person Tournament(s)

We loved our two 4-way female bondage matches, and we especially loved our 6-way bikini match from this past summer.  We're brewing plans for a new "special attire" themed 4-way for early 2015.  More info on that will be revealed later.  I am also aiming for an eventual 8-way match some time later.  Can you imagine how wildly awesome that would be?  Totally do-able with good planning.

So far, all of our multi-way tournies have been female-only.  People really enjoy these, and the ladies do love egging each other on.  However, would a mixed multi-way be interesting?  Or would it be too much... mixing?  I think it would have an appeal to some audiences, but would it be too much of a niche focus?  Couples match?  Boys vs girls?  Men and women both being bound by men and women, all at the same time?  Readers, your opinions are appreciated.

5. Outdoor, On Location, and Storyline Competitive

It would be great to frame some competitive bouts within the context of an adventure storyline.  I've considered the "Small Storyline" concept and the "Large Storyline" concept.

By "Small Storyline," I mean a single match between characters or character-types who encounter each other in a specific location.  Examples:

• Rival Agents who are both going after the same target, who chance run into each other and who need to incapacitate their rival to get her out of the way.
• Angry Ballerinas who have a tiff backstage and try to tie each other up with extra pairs of tights
• A retail shop employee who tries to wrangle a shoplifter using duct tape
• Superheroines / Villains doing their animosity thing... on a roof top, in a secret hideout, on top of a Dooms Day device.

By "Large Storyline," I mean a longer scenario in which the protagonist may face several competitive bondage wrestling opponents as she / he moves through the world of the story.  Maybe, in the course of an adventure, the heroine has to face various villains and incapacitate them with bondage materials: rope, tape, cord.  If the matches are competitive, she might run the risk of losing and being bound herself.  But the story doesn't end - she'd need to make her escape (a la a "Bondage Escape Challenge") and keep trying.

The Large Storyline takes a bit more planning, but I do like the "Choose Your Own Adventure" aspect that the competitive style would bring.  Granted, it may be jarring that the matches in the context of the storyline could / would be much longer than we're used to seeing in a mainstream adventure movie (15-20 minutes vs 3-5 minutes).  But the idea is certainly something I'd like to try.

Wrap Up

So, there are 5 little ideas that are kicking around and hoping for realization in the new year.  As I mentioned, I think a lot of them are quite achievable.  Concepts like the Large Storyline are ambitious, but certainly not impossible.  As is always the case here in New York City, scheduling and talent/venue coordination is the biggest challenge for these sort of things.  But when serendipity happens, it sure is sweet.

Syd Blakovich Tries Bondage Wrestling!

We kicked off December with a particularly intriguing rope-tie match.  Expert grappler Syd Blakovich of California was coming to town, and she readily accepted our offer of a competitive bondage wrestling match against local rope-queen VeVe.

Syd had never wrestled with ropes before, but unlike most bondage wrestling newcomers, she did have a very relevant skill set at hand.  As a very experienced Brazilian Jiujitsu (BJJ) practitioner, Syd had a wealth of know-how when it comes to grappling with grips involved.  She had trained extensively with the gi (the jiujitsu uniform), and that style of grappling relies heavily on grips, binds, and using the uniform as a "tool" to control, off-balance, and even submit the opponent.  So, while rope bondage wrestling isn't quite Brazilian Jiujitsu, Syd felt quite comfortable with ropes in her hands.

VeVe knew she was in for a challenge.  Though VeVe also practices Brazilian Jiujitsu, Syd outranked her and had a greater technical knowledge of the art.  Syd also had a slight size advantage and more fighting experience.

The one ace VeVe had up her sleeve was her specific experience with bondage wrestling itself.  VeVe had fought in dozens of bondage wrestling matches over the past 4 years, learning by trial and error, developing a menu of ties based on what works and what doesn't, and frequently contemplating the strategy of rope-placement and tie order.  Not to mention constantly practicing knot-tying in a hurry.

It was hard to guess exactly how this one would go.  With no time limit, anything was possible.  Even the dreaded "Fight Til Eternity" phenomenon, which has driven VeVe and Hanz to the brink of collapse in several of their matches.

And, oh indeed, this one was a lengthy battle.  And it did finally end with a completed tie!  It was an intriguingly technical bout, with both ladies working the ropes with impressive deftness and agility.  Sweeps, turn overs, reversals, all good wrestling involved, as the competitors worked for binds and got creative with their rope placement.

This was our final competitive female bondage wrestling match of 2014, and it was a stellar finish to a lovely year of rope-wrestler-wrangling!  And below, please enjoy the official, formal account and match description:

Visiting female wrestler Syd Blakovich pays a visit to our studio, where she has her very first encounter with the art of competitive bondage wrestling! Syd is a skilled jiujitsu practitioner, a tough athlete, and a very experienced grappler. She faces off against rope-wrestling expert VeVe Lane in what proves to be an intense, suspenseful, and challenging bondage match!

Syd is an active and aggressive wrestler, and she takes to the rope-work quite naturally, providing an incredible challenge for VeVe. Both ladies are impressive multi-taskers, constantly attacking each other with rope ties while also wrestling fiercely for position. VeVe responds to Syd's remarkable talent by counter attacking with unconventional ties, locking on single-leg and body ties to impede Syd's progress. But Syd pushes on, lassoing VeVe creatively and posing a constant threat, while also amassing more and more rope on her body from VeVe's methodical efforts.

After a long and absolutely exhausting struggle, VeVe uses the body ties to fight her way toward a double-elbow tie. Her persistence pays off, and she snares Syd with the painful bind. Syd is shocked by the tightness and effectiveness of the bind, suddenly finding herself helpless as VeVe rushes to finish her off. VeVe binds Syd's legs as Syd tries uselessly to free herself. But it is useless indeed; the rope pain renders her totally immobile as VeVe works quickly and binds her into a hogtie.

With Syd hogtied and finally under control, VeVe takes a moment to catch her breath and admire her work - and also to harass her astonished new captive - before topping her off with a duct tape gag. VeVe shows off her completely immobilized, hard-won prize and concludes with a victory pose. What an exhausting and hard-fought bondage bout!

Duct Tape Bondage Wrestling is Back!

Last month, mere moments after her rope bondage match against Crazy Azy (mentioned here), VeVe quickly shifted gears, made a little costume change, and squared off against her long-time wrestling rival Hanz Vanderkill for our first competitive mixed duct tape bondage wrestling match!

In March of this year, as some of you may know, VeVe participated in our first female/female duct tape match against M.  In fact, this was our first-ever experience with duct tape bondage wrestling

For that match, VeVe and M wore pantyhose and leotards - not only because they were angry rival ballerinas, but also so the tape would stick more readily to their bodies, even as they started to sweat.  A good tactic for good tackiness.  And indeed a tactic that left long-sleeve-wearing M duct taped up fairly quickly.

But for VeVe's match against Hanz, skin was in... or at least more so.

For this mixed match, Hanz wore only his spandex shorts, leaving most of his skin exposed to the tape.  Would this be a boon or bane?  Would the sweat protect him from getting stuck, or would his skin suffer from direct-to-body-taping?

VeVe, on the other hand, opted to wear a bikini top and three pairs of pantyhose, each a slightly different color.  She expected a rough and sticky fight to come, and so she was well prepared to face the pantyhose-distress that the duct tape would bring.

Speaking of rough fights, I'd like to point out that these two have a history of creating LONG and furious bondage wrestling matches.  Their first rope match was a lengthy and ferocious battle... and their rope rematch was even longer and more ferocious.

So, yes, take two hardcore, never-say-die bondage wrestlers, add duct tape, and, well, yes, there is most definitely some pantyhose-distress to be expected!

The match was fierce!  It was grueling, it was brutal, it was infuriating, rough, and hard-fought.  And, yes, there was some pantyhose-distress.  But all things considered, the nylons did hold up better than I thought they would.  But then again, the nylons didn't end up on the losing side of the battle...

A new, grueling mixed wrestling challenge - VeVe Lane faces off against her arch-rival Hanz Vanderkill in a fully competitive, rough-and-tumble Duct Tape Bondage Wrestling match! Hanz has always been VeVe's toughest male bondage wrestling opponent. Now the two will clash in this new duct tape style. The first to fully immobilize the opponent wins!

VeVe and Hanz dive into the the match eagerly, unwinding their tape and fighting to wrap it around each other. But they quickly find bondage wrestling with tape is nothing like using ropes! The tape needs many wraps before it's strong enough to hold such a furious fighter as VeVe or Hanz, and the two break through each other's attempted binds over and over. As the mats fill up with torn strands of tape, the fighters' frustration grows. Clearly the winner will need to lock in full control of the opponent before even beginning to tape them up – no easy task!

VeVe and Hanz resort to punishing scissor and leg-triangle holds, attempting to keep their hands free to wind the tape. Submissions aren't allowed, but as the intensity keeps climbing, desperation for a finish mounts, and the holds snap on rougher and tighter, each fighter hoping to intimidate and wear down the other.

At long last, VeVe scores the perfect hold. She manages to lock Hanz in an incredibly tight mounted triangle. With Hanz gasping and thrashing, VeVe races to tape up his arms before he can break free yet again.

She speedily wraps his wrists and forearms, the finish line finally in sight. She locks up his legs and tightly tape-binds him from shins to thighs then tapes his arms to his body. Hanz groans in discomfort, but VeVe just keeps winding the tape, so pleased to have finally caught him! She shuts him up with a thick tape gag before torturing him with a brief set of headscissors. She rubs a pair of her sweaty pantyhose in his face and concludes with a proud, hard-earned victory pose. 

VeVe: 5'4" and 120 lbs. Hanz 6'1" and 180 lbs.

Tape Gagged A.S.A.P Scenario

Following along in the "Early Gagging" discussion I've been addressing lately, I'd like to mention a scenario we filmed this month called "Backstage Bondage Capture."

This scenario, based strongly on a fan's write-in suggestion, provided an opportunity for us to get protagonist VeVe gagged as soon as possible, and to keep her gagged for the entire rest of the video.  This scenario also featured the petite ShaSha getting gagged as well.  In both cases, the gags were handkerchiefs stuffed into the mouth and then taped over with lots of bondage tape.

Now, mind you, this was not a competitive bondage wrestling video at all.  We've yet to try the early gagging in that style.  Instead, "Backstage Bondage Capture" was a totally scripted scenario that also happened to feature fantasy wrestling... while gagged.  It also featured a mix of both rope and duct tape bondage, with Amazon Annie applying all bindings.

The storyline and its portrayal by the ladies did reach into zany territory.  VeVe and ShaSha played more straight-faced type characters, but Amazon Annie developed her character to be a bit off-the-wall.  She played an obsessive stalker who was absolutely fixated on capturing ShaSha, but she was more the "crazy, talkie" type of stalker rather than the "scary, dangerous" sort.

Anyway, despite its zany and sometimes goofy moments, the scenario did provide great opportunities to see VeVe and ShaSha in various states on bondage.  We have VeVe wearing her "bodyguard" outfit, bound with duct tape and gagged.  We have ShaSha in her bikini, hogtied and later captive-carried over Annie's shoulder, of course gagged.  And we have VeVe struggling out of her duct tape - and consequently out of her bodyguard outfit - to wrestle Annie while now thong bikini-clad (and still gagged), but only to wind up rope-bound to a chair.

This scenario reminded me a bit of VeVe and Keri's Bikini Bondage Caper, which was filmed almost exactly a year ago (Nov 2013).  "Bikini Bondage Caper" featured the very experienced VeVe and Keri, and it had a much more complex and developed storyline compared to "Backstage Bondage Capture," but it did similarly feature the two ladies in a variety of bondage positions with a variety of gags.  But while "Bikini Caper" involved a good bit of fantasy wrestling, it did not feature the wrestling-while-gagged aspect of "Backstage Capture." (picture at left is from "Bikini Bondage Caper").

It would be interesting to get VeVe and Keri back for another bondage scenario together with an "early gagging" theme.  The veteran power of VeVe and Keri combined with the challenge of gagged wrestling would certainly make for an intriguing sight.  Perhaps, indeed, if they were both gagged while wrestling.

Regardless, Amazon Annie makes for a fun adversary here in "Backstage Bondage Capture," especially when she hoists a captive lady over her shoulder to carry her away!

VeVe, Amazon Annie, and ShaSha play out a zany fantasy bondage scenario specially designed to get VeVe's mouth stuffed and tape gagged as soon as possible... and for the remainder of the video. Gag talk and bound distress are in store for poor VeVe! Here's how it goes:

Bikini model ShaSha is backstage at her runway show, accompanied by her bodyguard VeVe. ShaSha is nervous this evening, since she has been receiving many bizarre letters from a particularly obsessive, stalker-like fan. VeVe, however, assures ShaSha that all will be well on her watch... As ShaSha takes a brief nap, VeVe also begins to doze off.

The lounge door slowly opens and in sneaks our obsessive stalker: Amazon Annie! Annie grabs VeVe and throws her to the floor. Caught by surprise, VeVe is no match for the amazon, and Annie quickly wrestles her down and duct tapes her arms and legs. Annie stuffs a handkerchief into VeVe's mouth, securing the gag with layers of bondage tape wrapped around VeVe's head. Annie tapes VeVe's arms and legs even more before moving in for her prize: ShaSha.

ShaSha is totally helpless and too scared to resist as Annie stuffs a handkerchief into her mouth and secures it with the tape. But as Annie takes her time admiring the gagged ShaSha, VeVe can be seen in the background, struggling to free herself!

With Annie distracted, VeVe gradually squirms her way out of her bodyguard outfit, escaping the duct tape but now clad only in her thong bikini and her gag. Annie quickly rope binds ShaSha and sets her aside, moving then to engage VeVe. As VeVe and Annie wrestle, Annie eventually gains the upper hand, lifting VeVe onto a chair and rope-binding her in place.

As Annie gloats and ties gagged VeVe to the chair, we see poor hogtied ShaSha in the foreground, looking on helplessly as her bodyguard is subdued. Indignant, VeVe struggles and rages, mumbling and grumbling through the gag. But it is no use. Annie adjusts ShaSha's bindings and then lifts her captive up over her shoulder. Annie parades ShaSha around the room, taunting the chair-bound VeVe before carrying ShaSha out the door. Alone, VeVe struggles and strains in her chair, but her efforts are useless. Annie's made a clean getaway!

VeVe starts wearing black jeans and shirt, later strips to thong bikini. VeVe is gagged 5 minutes into the video and stays gagged throughout. All wrestling is fantasy style. ShaSha is calm and compliant when bound. VeVe struggles and gag-talks a lot. Zany storyline.

Early Gagging, New Ideas, Looking Forward

Greetings gentle readers, it is I yet again!  As October draws to a close, I wanted to wrap up with a little post touching on thoughts I've had this month, suggestions and wish-list ideas fans have sent in, and intentions for going forward.

First off, a fan suggestion that I'm quite interested in realizing: early gagging.

Early Gagging?  I know, the term sounds kind of raunchy or something, but I've yet to come up with a tidier way to say: "Get the gag in / on as soon as possible in the bondage match."

More than one fan has suggested this, actually, and I completely support the idea.  However, granted, it is nearly impossible to pull off in a competitive match (which maybe makes me want to try that even more...), but it is certainly do-able in a fantasy or scenario-based match video.

Strategic Early Gagging

In a superheroine-themed pro-style match from this past summer, VeVe and Jade Indica got to try this out.  Since VeVe's superheroine character had a super sonic scream special ability, Jade's villainess character needed to gag her as soon as possible, lest she suffer any further from the sonic blasts (and she suffered from 2 already!).  So, Jade cleverly solves the problem "with a little red tape" by tape gagging VeVe mid-way through the match, forcing "VeVe Canary" to fight the last half while over-the-mouth tape gagged.  This created a nice effect of the poor superheroine suffering through pro-style holds while also gagged.

And once Jade had fully physically defeated her foe, she wrapped her up in more tape and finished with a red tape hogtie.  It was a brilliant and clever performance by both ladies, but, of course, it wasn't bondage wrestling as we understand it here.

So, as we see, tape is a good and quick option for early gagging.  But unless the tape goes all the way around the head, it may be likely to fall off due to sweatiness or to get removed, either intentionally or accidentally, in a competitive bondage match.  Of course, then again, maybe not.

Early gagging is great when your opponent is a superheroine with a dangerous sonic scream special attack, and I'd actually like to explore that idea further.  In fact, I'd like to bring back the Canary character, this time in the form of Rachel DD.  And I'd like to get that gag on her right from the start, after she's been tricked or taken by surprise, and then forced to fight for survival without her scream ability.

I may put Evil VeVe on the task of harassing Rachel Canary, but I also have some other plans for Rachel and bondage wrestling as well, looking forward.  But before I get into that, one more comment on the early gagging.

Ball Gag for Early Gagging?

I do believe there was a fan who suggested using a ball gag for early gagging.  Now, while I do think this is an intriguing and viable idea, I also think it might prove quite difficult for the competitors / participants.  I like the idea, I really do, and I like the potential for genuine stress and strain expressions on the faces of the ball gagged participants, but I do wonder if that ball would just cause too much breathing difficulty or general jaw discomfort to be worn in wrestling conditions.

Certainly, only the bravest and most stout-of-heart will agree to try this challenging activity.  Is it possible?  There's really only one way to find out for sure...

More Bondage Wrestling with Rachel DD

Fans have also responded positively to suggestions about a competitive bondage wrestling match featuring me (Diablo) against the very physically expressive Rachel DD.

I had the pleasure of bondage wrestling Rachel's friend Lela Beryl back in March of this year, and I'd certainly enjoy a chance to rope-up the squiggly and wriggly Rachel as well.

Granted, I'm not sure I can compare with the lovely rope-doings of VeVe in her match against Rachel (indeed, the crotch rope insta-choice was inspired), but I would like to get my grips on Rachel in a superheroine / super villain type match situation.  Would I be the one to take down Rachel Canary, using the early gagging strategy?  What sort of nefarious tortures would await poor Rachel Canary once she's been bondage wrestled down and properly bound?  Heck, let's not get ahead of ourselves: what sort of lovely images would we make as the lovely-yet-gagged Rachel struggles under the pressures of the match itself?

And even more thoughts on Rachel and bondage wrestling: what about Rachel vs Crazy Azy?  Rachel vs Amazon Annie?

Other Bondage Wrestling Challenges

Other fans have also suggested more "Escape and Attack" type matches.  These matches mean that the participants start tied up in the same types of tie, and once they get the "Go!", both struggle to escape as fast as they can.  The first person out races over the the other person and then the match "begins," with the other person now needing to fight from whatever tied position he/she is still in.  Sometimes, as was the case in of VeVe's Escape & Attack against Orlandoe, the poor opponent is not able to slip any of the original bonds at all!  That always leads to a very unhappy and even more tightly bound situation for the loser...

So, we've had suggestions for Escape & Attacks with both opponents gagged from the start (more early gagging getting involved here).  I'm thinking ball gag, tape, cleave, any of those are perfectly good.  I've also considered start positions such as spread-eagle, using spreader bars or other furniture; duct taped bound starts; or opponents who are first bound individually and then also bound together in some way.  There's a lot of potential here.

Looking forward...

In any case, I'm overstaying my welcome here in this little cafe, and the crowd is really starting to build up around me.  So, I'm going to bring this entry to a close now.  I hope you all enjoy this post, and I certainly welcome comments, suggestions, and any dialogue about the ideas here.

And by all means, keep sending in your "Wish List" ideas.  We may not be able to realize everything, and we may not be able to get to everything right away, but many suggestions do stick in our minds as we move forward.  Challenging suggestions are intriguing!  Of course, more accessible suggestions are... more accessible.  But we do love a good challenge.  Looking forward... onward to more adventures in the wild world of bondage wrestling!
